Privacy Policy

In short: your progress, quiz results and answers are stored only on your device. We do not run accounts, analytics or ads. The app contacts our own server only to download the course files you choose, and — once purchases are offered — the purchase services needed to unlock them.
This policy explains how ODEC Studio (“we”, “us”) handles information in the Pilot Training mobile app (“the app”). It applies to the iOS and Android versions of the app.
1. Information stored on your device
Your lesson progress, quiz answers and scores, practice answers, downloaded subjects and settings are saved locally on your device. They are not uploaded to us or to any server operated by us, and we cannot access, view or recover them.
If your device’s own backup service (such as iCloud Backup or Google device backup) is turned on, the operating system may include this app data in your device backup. That is handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy terms, not by us.
2. Downloading lessons
When you download a subject, the app fetches its files (lesson notes, quizzes, narration audio and the fonts the
lessons use) from our server at packs.odecstudio.com, which is hosted by
Cloudflare. As with any website, Cloudflare processes the technical details of each request —
such as your IP address, the file requested and the time — to deliver the files and protect the service from
abuse. The requests carry no account, name or identifier of yours, and we do not use them to identify you or
combine them with any other information. See

3. Purchases
Courses that are sold in the app are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is processed entirely by Apple or Google; we never receive your name, email address or payment card details.
To check which courses you own, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase management service. When the app starts, and when you buy or restore a purchase, RevenueCat receives:
- a random, anonymous app user ID generated on your device (not linked to your name or email);
- purchase information from the App Store or Google Play (product, date and transaction identifiers);
- basic technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, country/region, language and IP address.
This information is used only to provide and verify your purchases and to restore them on a new device. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy for how they process it.
4. What we do not collect
- No account, sign-in, name, email address or phone number is required or collected.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking tools are included in the app.
- No camera, microphone, photo library, location or contacts access.
- We do not sell or share personal data for advertising.
5. Keeping and deleting your data
You can remove downloaded subjects in the app’s Settings at any time. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. Because your progress is not stored on our side, we cannot restore it after deletion.
To ask for the purchase records held by RevenueCat for your anonymous user ID to be deleted, contact us (section 8). Your purchase history with Apple or Google is kept by them under their own terms.
6. Children
The app is a study aid for pilot training and airline selection and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
